Pre-Event Offerings Included:
Introduction to all necessary wedding vendors as day-of wedding coordinator
Clear parameters set with vendors for week-of/day-of contact & communications
Day-of timeline created, approved and shared with all necessary vendors/parties
Timeline of design execution plans created (need full floor plans, lighting plans, decor plans, etc).
Full contracts/rental orders/etc. in hand from to confirm set-up procedures/plans from individual vendors
Site visits to venue to assist w/ vendor coordination & execution plans
Day-of Coordination:
On-site by morning for vendor load-in / on-going vendor load-in throughout the day
Confirm all pre-determined items & equipment have arrived on-site
Assist with ceremony and reception set-up, confirming pieces are maneuvered according to floor plans
Assist with table settings and centerpiece/floral placement with rented items
Delegation of all pre-determined design plans, which may include set-up of various decor items & stations (i.e. gift tables, guest book, dessert bar, etc.)
Oversee that all necessary items and equipment are broken down & prepped for pick-up
Walk-through of venue to ensure all vendor items being left overnight are secured properly
Assistance with distributing any day-of payments or tip-outs for various vendor contracts
Post-Event Tasks Included:
Final vendor communication to confirm all items have been picked-up/removed from venue
Final communication with venue to ensure space was left in satisfactory condition
